When you've finished stitching your polar bear, you can proudly display the decoration on your Christmas tree and know that you are giving your home a lovely handmade touch for many years to come. The silver beads that are included inside the kit are ready for you to stitch onto printed dots scattered around the polar bear's body, these are perfect for making your decoration look twinkly under the fairy lights on the tree! There is also a piece of white organza ribbon included inside the kit for you to stitch into your decoration, making it really easy for you to hang.
The kit contains white wool blend felt, which will create the base for your polar bear. This is layered with white 100% cotton fabric, which has been pre-printed with the polar bear outlines, features and snowflakes, making it super easy for you to place your stitches in the correct places. Alongside the white stranded cotton which will help you to assemble your decoration at the end, there are 3 different shades of grey thread included in the kit. These will help you to stitch a flurry of snowflakes with different tones to create depth in your stitching.
Our instructions will take you through the project step by step, using a range of text, photographs and illustrations to make everything from the cutting out of your fabric, to the embroidery, to assembling the decoration, really clear for you. Your kit will arrive packaged inside a C6 sized box with an image of the finished project on the front, attached to the box with white organza ribbon. This makes the kit perfect if you wanted to give the project to someone as a Christmas present - maybe even a creative Secret Santa gift for someone who loves crafting?!
